– You can purchase a gift card HERE.

– If you are scheduling an appointment and trying to use a gift card, please put the gift card number in the notes when scheduling.

– A credit card is required when booking per our cancellation policy. You may use your gift card when checking out at your appointment.

– We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your upcoming appointment please call or text (615) 326-4325 to let us know.

– Without a 24 hour notice, we will charge the full amount of your missed appointment.

– Per our cancellation policy, a credit card must be on file when making an appointment.

– No card will be charged unless you cancel the appointment without a 24 hour notice or do not show for your appointment.

– You may choose how you would like to pay at your appointment.

– We are not offering this service currently.

 

– We do not accept insurance.

– HSA and FSA is accepted.
